An evangelist whose name has been given as Victor Edet has torn into gospel musician Mercy Chinwo.
What this man is saying literally is, Mercy Chinwo is a seductress because of the way she dresses and for someone who says they sing gospel music, that is so below the belt.

We always assumed that gospel musicians have to appear a certain way. All righteous and decent, some would say they are not even supposed to make their faces up and anything that does not come close to that is considered indecent and ungodly.
This is the case Evangelist Victor is making as he launches an attack on Mercy.
